COMPANY HISTORY
Kent IT was established 20 + years ago to support the growing demand for a reliable IT support services company in Kent.
Our client base grew quickly via client referrals and a reputation for delivering excellent value IT support, backed by a menu of services relevant to meet the growing needs of business. This included the establishment of our own in-house datacentre.
Today our headquarters are set in the stunning Kent countryside, strategically situated on the outskirts of the historic village of Pluckley.
Our team consists of highly skilled and talented IT professionals with 20 + years’ proven experience, all passionate and determined to deliver a round the clock, first class service UK-wide.
KIT supports many well-known and long established companies, so switching to KIT does not need to be a leap of faith, we actively encourage prospective customers to speak to our customers via our referral program.
In the beginning of 2019 KIT rebranded and revised its website which now is far more in keeping with the company we are today.

I have dealt with Kent IT for nearly 20 years both when working for a company and later as a Consultant.
I have always had very efficient service, cost effective prices and good hourly rates. The response times a very good and have never had any contact issues. The only negative issue I have is they have rotten on hold telephone music. Fortunately as I am very rarely put on hold I am being picky.
